Grandma’s Homemade Pancake

We all know that nothing compares to homemade food, especially when it comes to grandma’s recipes, even more when it comes to grandma’s homemade pancakes. 

 

Our special homemade pancake recipe comes along with grandma’s special pancakes Syrup, extra mild taste and special flavor. 

 

Use Only Fresh Ingredients!

 

The ingredients for this recipe are very easy to find, more, they come in handy, no one will need to shop for this, you basically use some of the ingredients that all people have in their houses at all time.

Ingredients:

 

1- 1/4 to 1- 1/2 Cups of flour 

1 -Tbsps baking powder 

1 -Tbsps sugar 

1/2 -Tsp salt 

1 Cup of milk 

4 Eggs 

2 Tbsps oil



We are going to refer to the previous ingredients as dry ingredients. After mixing the dry ingredients all together we are going to add milk and eggs. 

 

The mixture has to be smooth with no lumps. When start the cooking process you need to first heat a frying pan and then cook on each side until the side up starts bubbling and only then turn on the other side. 

 

You can also add to this classical recipe blueberry, bananas, cinnamon, raspberries or you can even omit the sugar for a calorie-low result.

 

As far as the syrup is concerned grandma advices us to use her special recipe instead of those you can buy in all store, it is healthier and has a plus of flavor.


Ingredients:

 

¾ -Cup of brown sugar 

¼ -Cup sugar 

¾ -Cup tap water 

½ -Cup corn syrup 

½ -Tsp maple flavoring 

½ -Tsp vanilla powder/ syrup

 

Directions:

You need a regular saucepan in which you can combine first the corn syrup with the water and wait until boiling while using a medium temperature. 

 

When boiling you wait for approximate seven minutes, more exactly until the mixture becomes thick. Only after that you must introduce the maple and vanilla flavoring. 

 

You serve it only after it is cooled on grandma’s homemade pancakes, waffles or even on French toast.
